Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 20, § 2030-4.060
PURPOSE: This rule requires all individuals applying for licensure as an architect under section 327.381, RSMo to first obtain an NCARB certificate and file. (1) Individuals applying for licensure as an architect under section 327.381, RSMo who were originally licensed in another state, territory or possession of the United States or in another country shall be required to first obtain a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certificate and file.
