PURPOSE: This rule requires all individuals applying for licensure as an architect under section 327.381, RSMo to first obtain an NCARB certificate and file.

1. (1) Any person who was licensed in another state, territory or possession of the United States or in another country may apply for licensure as an architect under section 327.381, RSMo after first obtaining a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certificate and file.
2. (2) The board shall only consider comity licensure applications when accompanied by an NCARB certificate and file.
