PURPOSE: This rule provides a clear definition of the words twenty semester hours of approved surveying course work as those words are used in section 327.312.1(2), RSMo.

1. (1) The approved curriculum for a person applying for admission to the land surveyor-intern program and who has at least sixty (60) semester hours of college level courses will be in accordance with the following table:

   General Title

   Mathematics

   Communications Technical Writing,

   Legal Aspects of Boundary Survey

   Science

   Surveying (A)

   Surveying (B)

2. (2) Correspondence course work will be considered as college level courses only if they have been accepted for credit toward a degree by an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-approved curriculum.
