Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 2, § 80-4.010
PURPOSE: This rule outlines regulations of the State Milk Board concerning imported Grade A milk or milk products.
Editor's Note: The secretary of state has determined that the publication of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance with Administrative Procedures—1978 Recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service/Food and Drug Administration referenced previously in its entirety would be unduly cumbersome or expensive. The entire text of the rule has been filed with the secretary of state. The entire text of the rule may be found at the headquarters of the agency and is available to any interested person at a cost not more than the actual cost of reproduction.
