PURPOSE: This rule outlines regula. Cons of the State Milk Board concerning imported Grade A milk or milk products.

Theentiretextoftherulemay befound at the headquarters of the agency and is auailable to any interested person at a cost not more than the actual cost of reproduction.
(1) The following regulations shall apply to section 196.94?, RSMo (1986) and all section 8 and 11 requxements of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance with Administratiue Procedures-1978 Recommendations of the U.S. Public Health &mice/Food and Drug Administration shall apply; except that in addition to these requirements, the following shall also apply:
(E) All Grade A milk smirces accepted for import in the state of Missouri shall be from sources listed in the current issue of the Interstate Milk Shippers Report.

(2) All permits issued for imported Grade A milk and milk products shall become null and void and such permit shall be voluntarily surrendered at any time the milk supply fails to comply with these regulations.
