PURPOSE: This rule provides regulations pertaining to enforcement interpretation.
- (1) These regulations shall be enforced by the state authority primarily in accordance with the interpretations contained in Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), 2013 Revision of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, Food and Drug Administration.
