PURPOSE: This rule provides regulations pertaining to enforcement interpretation.
- (1) These regulations shall be enforced by the state authority primarily in accordance with the interpretations contained in Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), as adopted in 2 CSR 80-2.001.
