PURPOSE: This rule prescribes reports to be furnished during the effectiveness of registrations of securities.

The form mentioned in this rule follows 15 CSR 30-50.220.

1. (1) During the period of effectiveness of registration (section 409.305(h), RSMo), in addition to the amendments required by 15 CSR 30-52.300, the registrant shall file reports with the commissioner (section 409.305(i), RSMo) as follows:

   1. (A) Interstate Offerings. A report of condition (Form S-30) within thirty (30) days prior to the end of the one (1)-year period following registration and the fee prescribed by 15 CSR 30-50.030(2)(E);
   2. (B) Intrastate Offerings. A report of condition (Form S-30) within thirty (30) days after the end of the six (6)-month period following registration and semiannually after that; and
   3. (C) Foreign Real Estate Securities. A report of sales made in Missouri, including the name and address of the purchaser, description of real estate sold to each, date of sale, sale price and total of payments to date and the name and address of the person(s) who represented the issuer in effecting each sale, within thirty (30) days after the end of the one (1)-year period following registration and annually thereafter. All offers and sales of the registered foreign real estate securities shall cease at the end of the thirty (30)-day period unless or until the report has been filed.
