Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 13, § 70-30.010
PURPOSE: This rule establishes the basis for administering the podiatric service, including the designation of professional persons who may perform the examination and the fees paid for the necessary services.

(2) Payment will be made for services by podiatrists who have an agreement with the MO HealthNet Division to the extent that those services are covered under the guidelines established by the MO HealthNet Division through—
Division which shall not exceed Title XVIII reimbursement levels. Payment will be on a vendor payment basis.
