PURPOSE: This rule requires a photograph or teleuision picture of the finish of each race to be posted.

1. (1) At least one (1) photograph or television picture of the finish of each race shall be posted conspicuously and promptly after each race.

2. (2) For the purpose of determining the placing of any horse, the nose of the respective horse shall determine the placement.
