PURPOSE: This rule requires a photograph or television picture of the finish of each race to be posted.
- (1) At least one (1) photograph or television picture of the finish of each race shall be posted conspicuously and promptly after each race.
- (2) For the purpose of determining the placing of any horse, the nose of the respective horse shall determine the placement.
