Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 12, § 40-90.110 – Designation of Specifics for Each Scratchers Game

PURPOSE: This rule requires the director to publish the specifics for each Scratchers game one (1) week before the game starts.

(1) The director shall publish and provide to retailers the specifics for each Scratchers game at least one (1) week prior to the start of that game.
1. (A) The theme of the game.
2. (B) The method of play to determine winning tickets.
3. (C) The value and odds of each prize level.
(2) The director shall retain the specifics for each game at the Jefferson City office of the Missouri Lottery for one (1) year following 12 CSR 40-90

the last day on which prizes may be claimed for that game.
