PURPOSE: This rule requires the director to publish the specifics for each instant game one week before the game starts.

1. (1) The director shall publish and provide to licensees the specifics for each instant game at least one (1) week prior to the start of that game.

   1. (A) The theme of the game.
   2. (B) The method of play to determine winning tickets.
   3. (C) The value and odds of each prize level.
2. (2) The director shall retain the specifics for each game at the Jefferson City office of the 12 CSR 40-90

Missouri Lottery for one (1) year following the last day on which prizes may be claimed for that game.
