PURPOSE: This rule alerts the Missouri lottery that a large block of tickets is being purchased. (1) Missouri lottery retailers shall immediately report to the Missouri lottery’s director of security transactions in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the purchase of lottery tickets for any on-line game.
