PURPOSE: This rule alerts the Missouri lottery that a large block of tickets is being purchased.
- (1) Missouri lottery retailers shall immediately report to the Missouri Lottery’s director of security transactions in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the purchase of lottery tickets.
