PURPOSE: This rule describes the registration process for drill rigs, direct push machine, pump installation trucks, and service vehicles.

1. (1) All well drilling and pump installation machines and service vehicles shall be registered with the department. To register machines and vehicles, a complete registration application shall be submitted along with the appropriate fee pursuant to 10 CSR 23-2.010. The machine/vehicle registration expires one
2. (1) year from the date of issue and may be renewed annually.
3. (2) Notice of a change in ownership or the purchase of a vehicle and/or machine shall be provided to the department within thirty (30) days and submit a new application form and the appropriate fee.
4. (3) A permittee shall place in a conspicuous location on both sides of each vehicle or machine the words MO PERMIT and the permit numbers not less than three inches (3") high and one and one-half inches (1 1/2") wide in a contrasting color to the background of the vehicle or machine. Permit number shall be placed on the vehicle or machine within sixty (60) days of vehicle or machine registration.
