PURPOSE: This rule describes how a party may obtain oral ar.qment or an euidentiary hearing on a n&on.

The commission may rule upon any motion filed with it, including a motion for summary determination, on the basis ofthe recordbefore it and without oral argument. The commission shall hear oral argument or evidence only upon a party’s written motion and for good cause shown or upon the commission’s own motion. Division KG-Administrative Hearing Commission
