The following organizations are not required to obtain a license under § 13-705 of this subtitle to conduct bingo:

1. (1) a religious organization;
2. (2) a patriotic organization;
3. (3) an educational organization;
4. (4) a charitable or benevolent organization;
5. (5) a civic organization;
6. (6) a volunteer fire company; or
7. (7) any other organization that is authorized under § 13-703 of this subtitle and Subtitle 2 of this title to conduct bingo in the county.
