1. (a) Before an organization may conduct a gaming event, the organization shall obtain a permit from the county commissioners.

2. (b) An organization may conduct a gaming event in the county if the organization is:

   1. (1) a volunteer fire company; or

   2. (2) a bona fide:

      1. (i) religious organization;
      2. (ii) fraternal organization;
      3. (iii) civic organization;
      4. (iv) war veterans' organization; or
      5. (v) charitable organization.

3. (c)

   1. (1) The permit shall state:

      1. (i) the nature of any gaming device to be operated at the gaming event; and
      2. (ii) the frequency with which the gaming event will be conducted.
   2. (2) The county commissioners may charge a reasonable fee for a permit.
