Ind. Code § 9-32-11-9

Automotive mobility dealers; display, inventory, advertising, and offering for sale adapted motor vehicles and watercraft

An automotive mobility dealer licensed and endorsed under this article is entitled to:

  1. (1) display;
  2. (2) inventory;
  3. (3) advertise;
  4. (4) offer for sale; or

  5. (5) do any combination of subdivisions (1) through (4) concerning;

    any adapted motor vehicle or watercraft.
