Ind. Code § 4-33-24-8

"Licensee"

As added by P.L.212-2016, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.105-2022, SEC.4.

As used in this chapter, "licensee" means any of the following:

  1. (1) A permit holder (as defined by IC 4-31-2.1-27 ).
  2. (2) A licensed owner (as defined by IC 4-33-2-13 ).
  3. (3) An operating agent (as defined by IC 4-33-2-14.5 ).
