Ind. Code § 4-33-24-7
"Licensed facility"
As added by P.L.212-2016, SEC.2.
As used in this chapter, "licensed facility" means any of the following:
- (1) A satellite facility licensed under IC 4-31-5.5 .
- (2) A riverboat (as defined by IC 4-33-2-17 ).
- (3) A gambling game facility operated under IC 4-35 .
