"Impermissible contact" defined

(a) As used in this chapter, "impermissible contact" includes the following:
1. (1) Following or pursuing the victim.
2. (2) Communicating with the victim in person, in writing, by telephone, by telegraph, or through electronic means.
3. (3) Posting on social media, if the post:
  1. (A) is directed to the victim; or
  2. (B) refers to the victim, directly or indirectly.
(b) The list in subsection (a) is nonexclusive.
