1. (a) As used in this chapter, "impermissible contact" includes the following:

   1. (1) Following or pursuing the victim.
   2. (2) Communicating with the victim.

   3. (3) Posting on social media, if the post:

      1. (A) is directed to the victim; or
      2. (B) refers to the victim, directly or indirectly.
2. (b) The list in subsection (a) is nonexclusive.
