Ind. Code § 33-33-29-3

Judges; location of court sessions

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.12.

Each Hamilton superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in:

  1. (1) the Hamilton County courthouse in Noblesville; or

  2. (2) another convenient and suitable place provided by the board of county commissioners.
