Establishment of additional superior court

As added by P.L.123-2021, SEC.5.
  1. (a) Notwithstanding section 2 of this chapter, Hamilton superior court No. 7 is established January 1, 2023.

  2. (b) The first judge of Hamilton superior court No. 7 shall:

    1. (1) be elected at the November 2022 general election;
    2. (2) take office January 1, 2023; and
    3. (3) serve a term of six (6) years.
  3. (c) This section expires January 1, 2029.
