(Remedies among Co-Trustees)

Any trustee may maintain an action against a co-trustee to:

1. (a) compel him to perform his duties under the trust;
2. (b) enjoin him from committing a breach of trust; or

3. (c) compel him to redress a breach of trust committed by him.
