(Duties of Co-Trustee)

1. (a) participate in the administration of the trust;
2. (b) take whatever action is reasonable to prevent a co-trustee from committing a breach of trust; and

3. (c) take whatever action is reasonable to compel a co-trustee to redress a breach of trust.
