Ind. Code § 30-2-8.6-8
"Custodial trustee"
As added by P.L.3-2003, SEC.1.
As used in this chapter, "custodial trustee" means a person designated as:
- (1) trustee; or
(2) substitute or successor to the person designated as trustee;
of a custodial trust under this chapter.
