Creation and enforcement of trust under other law

As added by P.L.3-2003, SEC.1.
  1. (a) This chapter does not supersede or restrict other means of creating trusts.
  2. (b) A trust whose terms do not conform to this chapter may be enforceable according to the terms of the trust under another law.
