1. (a) Each year the board shall publish a roster that includes the names, addresses, and places of business of all registered soil scientists.

2. (b) Copies of the roster published under subsection (a) must be:

   1. (1) made available to each registered soil scientist; and
   2. (2) furnished to members of the public upon request.
