Temporary license; other jurisdictions

As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.35.

The board may issue a license to an individual who:

  1. (1) is licensed, certified, or registered in another state or territory of the United States that has requirements determined by the board to be substantially equivalent to the requirements specified in this article;
  2. (2) is in good standing in the other state or territory;
  3. (3) applies in the manner required by the board; and
  4. (4) pays an application fee specified by the board.
