Ind. Code § 24-4-26-4

Prohibition against advertising marijuana or controlled substance; removal

  1. (a) A person may not advertise a:

    1. (1) product containing marijuana; or

    2. (2) controlled substance listed in schedule I of IC 35-48-2 ;

      by any medium.

  2. (b) An advertisement in violation of subsection (a) must be removed from public circulation and not available to be viewed by the public not later than October 1, 2026.
