1. (a) "Corporation" means a public benefit, mutual benefit, or religious corporation incorporated under or subject to this article.
2. (b) The term does not include a foreign corporation.
3. (c) For purposes of IC 23-17-24 , the term does not include a homeowners association (as defined in IC 34-6-2.1-87 ).
