"Limited partner" means a person who has been admitted to a limited partnership as a limited partner in accordance with the laws of Indiana or, in the case of a foreign limited partnership, in accordance with the laws of the state, foreign country, or other foreign jurisdiction under which the foreign limited partnership is organized.
