Certificate of amendment; domestic limited liability partnership

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a certificate of amendment for a domestic limited liability partnership:
- (1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.
- (2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
