Ind. Code § 21-18-9-4

Powers of commission; studies; recommendations

The commission may:

  1. (1) make, or cause to be made, studies of the needs for various types of postsecondary education; and

  2. (2) make recommendations to the general assembly and the governor concerning the organization of these programs.
