(a) Before June 30, 2020, and before each June 30 thereafter, the department shall evaluate and prepare a report concerning development and implementation of the following:
- (1) The program.
- (2) The plans submitted and implemented by school corporations, charter schools, and accredited nonpublic schools.
- (b) The department shall submit the report described in subsection
- (a) to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
