1. (a) Before June 30, 2020, and before each June 30 thereafter, the department shall evaluate and prepare a report concerning development and implementation of the following:

   1. (1) The program.
   2. (2) The plans submitted and implemented by school corporations, charter schools, and accredited nonpublic schools.
2. (b) The department shall submit the report described in subsection
3. (a) to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
