Ind. Code § 20-23-4-3
"Community school corporation"
As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
As used in this chapter, "community school corporation" means a school corporation:
- (1) proposed to be formed; or
(2) formed;
under this chapter, including a united school corporation.
