Ind. Code § 20-23-4-6
"Party"
As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
As used in this chapter, "party" includes:
- (1) a person;
- (2) a firm;
- (3) a limited liability company;
- (4) a corporation;
- (5) an association; or
(6) a municipality;
interested in proceedings under this chapter.
