Not later than July 1, 2026, and each July 1 thereafter, the department shall do the following:

1. (1) Prepare a report that includes information regarding the:

   1. (A) comprehensive career navigation and coaching system implemented and administered under section 4 of this chapter;
   2. (B) amount of grants awarded to each eligible entity under section 6 of this chapter;
   3. (C) career coaching services provided by eligible entities that receive grants under this chapter; and

   4. (D) outcomes from the career coaching services described in clause (C):

      1. (i) during high school, including whether students complete career and technical education courses; and
      2. (ii) upon completion of high school.

2. (2) Submit the report to the following:

   1. (A) The governor.
   2. (B) The general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
