1. (a) As used in this chapter, "eligible entity" means any of the following:

   1. (1) A school corporation.
   2. (2) A public school, including a charter school.
   3. (3) A state accredited nonpublic school.
   4. (4) An approved intermediary.
   5. (5) A career coaching provider approved by the department under section 7 of this chapter.
2. (b) The term does not include a state educational institution.
