Ind. Code § 16-41-14-16
Failure to conduct tests; penalty
As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.24.
A practitioner who:
- (1) is responsible for conducting a screening test required under this chapter; and
(2) knowingly or intentionally fails to conduct the screening test;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
