Ind. Code § 13-28-2-1

Establishment; purposes

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.18.

The voluntary compliance fund is established for the purpose of providing money for the following:

  1. (1) Starting, operating, and staffing the office of voluntary compliance established by IC 13-28-1-1 .

  2. (2) Costs of voluntary compliance programs established under this article.
