The fund consists of the following:

1. (1) Transfers under IC 13-10-1-6 (repealed) from the environmental management special fund established by IC 13-14-12-1 .
2. (2) Appropriations made by the general assembly.
3. (3) Gifts and donations intended for deposit in the fund.

4. (4) Federal grants or money available for deposit into the fund.
