Enforcement of chapter; penalties

- (a) This chapter shall be enforced under IC 13-30-3 .
(b) A violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to criminal prosecution and to the penalties set forth in the following:
- (1) IC 13-30-4 .
- (2) IC 13-30-5 .
(3) IC 13-30-8 .
