Director’s duties

- 1. The director, at the direction of the commission, shall establish programs to encourage the active support of business, industry, and the general public for litter control.
- 2. The director, at the direction of the commission, shall coordinate and encourage the cooperation of state and local public agencies in the administration of this part 3 of subchapter IV.
