For the purpose of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Administrator” means the administrator of the division of criminal and juvenile justice planning.
2. 2. “Board” means the public safety advisory board.
3. 3. “Council” means the criminal and juvenile justice planning advisory council.
4. 4. “Division” means the division of criminal and juvenile justice planning.
