For the purpose of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Administrator” means the administrator of the division of criminal and juvenile justice planning.
2. 2. “Board” means the justice advisory board.
3. 3. “Department” means the department of human rights.
4. 4. “Division” means the division of criminal and juvenile justice planning.
